KIDS GIVE BACK

Eight girls from the KidsPeace Blue Ridge program are volunteering their time at the Gress Mountain Ranch animal sanctuary. 
One each week, the girls help by performing a variety of ranch chores. They walk the dogs and baby goats, and they feed the 
goats along with the alpacas, turkeys and ducks. They also water Elle, Dede and Sundance (the three horses) and the donkeys, 
JoJo and Cecely. The time spent at the ranch has been both beneficial and fun for everyone involved and  the workers at the 
ranch say they-and the animals-are lucky to have such caring people to help them out.
